My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Morgan (the “Golf Guru”) in connection with the recent purchase of a condominium unit in Naples, Florida. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the area with the patience of a saint. He took us around to many different complexes so we could get a feel for units in or below our price range and was very forthcoming in pointing out the plusses and minuses of each. He also took us to areas where we did not intend to buy just so we could get a better feel for the region in general.
His ideas about where we should bid were right on target and he was realistic in his assessment of a particular project. We found him to be trustworthy, no pressure and just a nice guy to deal with. After contracting to buy the unit, he went to great lengths in getting us information, inspecting the unit and answering a whole bunch of questions above and beyond what you’d expect a real estate salesperson to do. He really increased our comfort level in every aspect of the transaction and provided valuable advice in terms of golf club memberships and the like.
