- Entrepreneurial ownership (20+ years)…Morgan Sales & Marketing, Inc., a manufacturer’s rep agency for consumer and new construction products
- Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (15- years)
- Annual winner of Downing-Frye Realty’s “Top Performance” Sales Award (i.e. Top 5% of agents)
