GURU Comments: In case you didn’t notice it above, Legends annual trail fee for a personal golf cart is $25/yr. (everyone else is a minimum of $$1,100, with an average of  about $1,800/yr.)! Or, if you don’t have your own personal cart, their cart fee is $0 (ie ZERO!)/person/round! Great savings for the frequent golfer! The second reason I moved Legends into “Honorable Mention” status in my “Top 5 Bundled” list in 2020 is because of the incredible renovation project they just completed…highlighted by a fabulous outdoor Sunset Bar/Grill dining area (one of the best of any SWFL bundled golf community), upgraded pool area, updated indoor bar/grill, and new bocce courts. Legends is a “bundled” golf community, but only 750 have Golf Memberships; the other 600 homes have Social Memberships, which cost $4,320/Yr. Social Memberships cannot be upgraded to Golf Memberships at a later date.
