Gateway is currently undergoing a $5M renovation project (with no special assessment!) that will upgrade all of its facilities…main clubhouse, dining area, resort pool with outside bar, fitness center, Pickleball, and Bocce courts. Many Gateway members are non-residents, and outside memberships are still available. Gateway has 8-different membership categories, and Social Memberships are available for $1,000 initiation fee, $2,173/Yr. dues, and $1,000/yr food & beverage minimum.
