It has been my experience over the years that the typical real estate broker is an order taker. I have bought and sold many primary homes, vacation homes and investment properties over the past 30 years and it seems that getting the listing is what the “talented” brokers are good at. Being and advocate for the seller once the listing occurs is a rare thing.
