GURU Comments: Social Memberships are available for $1,000 Initiation Fee (Non-Refundable), and $600/Yr. dues. The Quarry features a large formal golf clubhouse (The Golf Lodge); and, a separate Quarry Lake Lodge & Beach Club facility with casual dining, fitness center, lap pool, and a large resort-sale pool with a relatively-new adjacent outdoor bar and grill which also overlooks Stone Lake. Quarry residents pay for the Beach Club and its amenities in their HOA fees, so no Social Membership is required for use of these amenities. The Quarry also has 3-large freshwater lakes (500 total acres) for boating and fishing. Residents are allowed to have their own boats (up to 26′), and homes on the large lakes are allowed to have their own boat docks. Public boat docks are available for $900-$1,000 annual rental. A few new construction home sites are still available.
