Comments: Associate Memberships are available for $10,800/Yr. (Family) and $10,200/Yr. (Single), with no Initiation Fee. Associate Memberships are available for $5,000 Initiation Fee (Non-Refundable), and $4,125/Yr. These have limited golf November-April, and unlimited golf May-October. Social Memberships are available for $1,000 Initiation Fee (Non-Refundable), and $500/Yr. The Quarry features a large formal golf clubhouse; and, a separate Beach Club facility with casual dining, fitness center, lap pool, and resort-type pool. Quarry residents pay for the Beach Club and its amenities in their HOA fees. The Quarry also has 3-large freshwater lakes (500 total acres) for boating and fishing. Residents are allowed to have their own boats (up to 26′), and homes on the large lakes are allowed to have their own boat docks. Public boat docks are available for annual rental. New construction homes are available. Quarry Golf Members have reciprocal playing privileges at a “sister” golf community–The Plantation–in Ft. Myers.
