Membership is mandatory…either Full Golf (see rates above); Associate Golf ($5,000 non-refundable initiation fee, $5,595/Yr. dues; or, $17,000 refundable initiation fee, $5,595/Yr. dues); or, Social Membership (no initiation fee, $3,695/Yr. dues). If a full Golf Membership is purchased within 30-days of closing on a home, a $15,000 discount will be applied to the initiation fee. Olde Cypress has a beautiful, recently refurbished clubhouse, a new outdoor Greenside Cafe bar/grill, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, 2-pickleball courts, fitness center, and a community pool.
