Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades is a private equity golf community. It’s located in northeast Naples…20-25 minutes from four Naples and Bonita Springs beaches, and 25-30 minutes from 5th Avenue (Downtown Naples).

For around 15-years, Golf Club of the Everglades was an upscale private golf club, with no housing around it.  Pulte Homes purchased land around it about 5-6 years ago, had Rees Jones re-design part of the course in order to accommodate housing, and began constructing this community of single family homes.

All amenities have been constructed and are operational. The community is currently about 50%-60% sold out, so new construction lots and homes are still plentiful. Mandatory membership…golf or social ($2,500 initiation fee; $1,200/Yr.). 1-year Preview Golf Memberships are currently available for $11,750/Yr.
