GURU Comments: Heritage Greens has extremely low annual housing fees. It’s a great community for people who aren’t in SWFL for much of the year, and/or folks who don’t play a lot of golf. Arrowhead Golf Course often offers annual and off-season memberships…for example, the “2020 Resident Golf Membership” was $2,499; and the “2020 Non-Resident Golf Membership” was $2,999.  Arrowhead Golf Club has been voted the top public golf course in Naples a number of years by Naples Daily News readers.  The Heritage Greens housing community also has tennis courts, a fitness center, multiple subdivision pools, and a children’s playground.
