Comments: As of April 2016, Palmira has a 2+ year “Waiting List” for Golf Memberships, unless a home is purchased that already has one. The community has a unique amenities facility–The Renaissance Center–which is separate from the main clubhouse, and has casual outdoor dining, a resort-type pool, and a fitness center. All Palmira residents can use this facility, as it’s paid for by their HOA fees. Social Memberships are also available for $4,000 initiation fee, and $2,000/Yr. Palmira has a very competitive tennis program. A few new construction homes may still be available.
